Trader Joe’s Gets Skinny

Normally I’m not impressed with anyone else’s knowledge of WW PointsPlus values when it comes to Trader Joe’s. As I discussed yesterday, I have spent hours at TJ’s entering foods into my WW app. But I found something impressive and far be it from me to keep it to myself. The Slender Kitchen recently posted a pretty darned impressive list of foods and their Points Plus values that can be easily printed out and stuffed into a back pocket or tucked into a purse for shopping while at your local TJ’s. Click on the picture to get to the list.

Print out this list and throw it in the car with your bags!

So if you didn’t make it to the grocery store yesterday, don’t fret! Instead of rummaging through your cabinets looking for a stray can of soup and coming up empty, take this list with you and bring home good-for-you-grub so you can actually cook yourself something you’ll be proud to eat.

And if you can’t think of anything to eat, then check out Deana Gunn & Wona Miniati’s Cooking with Trader Joes,  full of healthy recipes made from all things Trader Joes.

Check out this Quick Veggie Lasagna from “Cooking with Trader Joe’s.” This is my kind of cooking.

Now get cookin’!
