Trader Joe’s Gets Skinny

Normally I’m not impressed with anyone else’s knowledge of WW PointsPlus values when it comes to Trader Joe’s. As I discussed yesterday, I have spent hours at TJ’s entering foods into my WW app. But I found something impressive and far be it from me to keep it to myself. The Slender Kitchen recently posted a pretty darned impressive list of foods and their Points Plus values that can be easily printed out and stuffed into a back pocket or tucked into a purse for shopping while at your local TJ’s. So if you didn’t make it to the grocery store yesterday, don’t fret! Instead of rummaging through your cabinets looking for a stray can of soup and coming up empty, take this list with you and bring home good-for-you-grub so you can actually cook yourself something you’ll be proud to eat.
